Sonja writes stories set in exotic places with a touch of romance and crime. She lives with her family and dog in Somerset and juggles writing with teaching English at the University of Jena in Germany. Her debut novel The Giants Look Down takes place in the Vale of Kashmir against the backdrop of the Himalayas and her next novel is about a widow’s quest to solve the mystery of her husband’s death out in the Canadian Wilds.
